Three talks, one through-line

Pick a track, or mix all three.

Every session is tailored to your audience, from boardrooms and partner summits to engineering teams and university classrooms.

01 · Artificial Intelligence

Pilots don't pay. Outcomes do.

Most companies are stuck in pilots. This talk is about getting out: how to turn AI from slideware into work that runs in production and moves the P&L, drawn from building AI-native products at Herd AI and leading Salesforce AI programs for Fortune 500 enterprises.

  • Where enterprise AI stalls, and the operating model that unsticks it
  • Agents, data and workflow: what is real today versus what is still hype
  • Buying outcomes instead of licenses, and why it changes adoption

Best for: executive teams, CIO/CTO forums, partner and industry summits

02 · Transformation

Transformation is a leadership decision.

Every enterprise says it wants to transform. Few understand it isn't a technology choice. Matt shares what he learned leading practices at IBM, Capgemini and Accenture: why programs fail, how to build teams that deliver, and how to tie technology to growth.

  • Why big programs miss, and the early signals that predict it
  • Building and scaling high-performing delivery teams
  • Connecting architecture, go-to-market and measurable value

Best for: leadership offsites, consulting and partner events, transformation teams

03 · The Book

All In? The climb, the code and what matters.

The story behind the memoir: from developer and small-business owner to global practice leader and founder again. A candid, human talk on why technical depth is the source of leadership, and on resilience, family and going all in.

  • Why the most dangerous AI-era executive forgot how the machine works
  • Turning deep technical mastery into durable influence
  • Resilience, loss and the people who make the climb worth it

Best for: author events, book clubs, universities, ERGs and leadership programs · About the book
